Buyer’s Commission
Downies will charge Buyers a Buyer’s Commission equal to 11 per cent of the hammer price (including GST), with a minimum Commission set at $2.20 (including GST)
1.1 Postage and Insurance Fees
Products and Uncirculated Banknotes will be shipped by post or courier and, in all cases, a signature will be required upon delivery. Charges are:× postage and courier fees at cost, with a minimum fee of $6.50 (including GST) for packages sent by Australia Post;× insurance fee of one per cent (including GST) of the Hammer Price plus Buyer’s Commission.
1.2 Credit Card Fees
Payments using MasterCard or Visa would incur a 1.5 per cent fee (including GST), while payments using American Express or Diners Club would incur a 3 per cent fee (including GST).
